They share their thoughts on how fear and love can impact decisions, and how using tools such as SMART Goals can help you achieve authentic joy.

When you think about what makes a life worth living and where you want to go in the future, does your desired destination align with your values and who you want to be?


There are multiple components to consider when choosing where you want to go in life. Be sure to take care of personal relationships, work/career, health and wellness, and spirituality.


You’ll be much more successful getting where you want to go if you can identify what brings you real and authentic joy, and separate those from what society dictates is success.


A huge part of setting goals and destinations is not to forget to live in the present moment.


When you think about how your decisions impact other people, you immediately increase your likelihood of finding success in life.


Knowledge and Experience are not the same thing. They overlap, and both are important, but you can only learn so much in life by studying or reading.


Using the SMART Goals framework is a tremendous way to achieve results and bring your desired goals into reality.


It’s a useful skill to be able to figure out which of your fears have utility and which are holding you back.


When faced with fear, it can be helpful to take it head on as soon as possible.
